Albany Country Club has much to offer its members and guests in the way of desirable amenities, beyond our golf, pool, and racquet facilities.

Dining/Banquets

We offer one of the finest dining experiences in the Capital Region. Members and their guests can enjoy the relaxed yet elegant dining atmosphere of the Club while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding Hudson and Mohawk valleys. The Capital Grille Room and Patio serves a la carte lunch and dinner each day the Club is open. Members can have a private dinner with family, or socialize with other members. With no food and beverage minimums, we know you'll be dining at the Club because of the food, service, and atmosphere, not out of club-imposed obligation.

We also have several rooms available for banquets and events that can suit any need that you may have. We regularly hold meetings, luncheons, private social events, member functions, fundraisers, weddings and much more.

Family/Children Programs, Activities & Events

We are proud to be the most "Family Friendly" Club in the Capital Region with numerous children's, family and junior events and programs. These amenities include Junior Golf, Junior Tennis, Interclub Swim Team, Children's Summer Camp, Parent-Child Golf Tournaments, Movie Nights at the Pool, Summer Carnival, "Invite a Friend" Day at the Pool, Parents' Night Out with Babysitting, Kids Sleep over, Family Easter Party, Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks, End of Summer Pool Party, Family Halloween Party, Santa Brunch, Gingerbread House Party and Family First Night.

Social Clubs & More

We offer our members opportunities to get together with other members for group activities. Members organize the weekly or bi-weekly events, and the Club provides the space to meet. Current social clubs include men's and women's book clubs, Mah Jongg and canasta, and a ladies' bowling league. Members can join the club's wine program and receive discounts on wine purchases and preferred reservations for wine dinners and events.

Members can also take advantage of the specials perks that area businesses offer to us such as reduced spa wellness, and pickleball club, memberships.
