Albany Country Club's majestic Berkshire Room is a beautiful setting for wedding receptions and gala events. If your plans include dancing and dining for any number of guests, this may be the perfect solution. We offer a variety of room arrangements to suit the number of guests, type of event, and activities involved. The versatile choice of menus prepared to perfection will be the finishing touch to make your event memorable.

The room can seat up to approximately 300 guests, though some variances can be made based on room design and arrangement. The room is in the shape of a half round and floor to ceiling pillars run the length of the room. Elegant windows and wall treatments add to the room's lavish decor and drama. The highlight of our ballroom is the panoramic window which also runs the length of the room. These windows and the outer terrace provide breathtaking views of the pristine landscape, beautiful countryside, and amazing views of Albany and it's surrounding skyline.

Albany Country Club's Terrace offers a lovely setting for an outdoor ceremony or small group gathering encircled by nature's bounty. Perfectly manicured landscaping and splendid views of the premier Club's pristine surrounds create a breathtaking location for any occasion. In season, the Berkshire Patio is a great spot for cocktails before any special event. Special "Patio Dining" evenings are offered several times each summer.

The Albany Room offers a more intimate, yet elegant setting, perfect for both formal and informal event functions and family gatherings. The room can seat up to approximately 50 guests, though variances can be made based on room design and arrangement. The square shaped room is one of our more lavish in regards to interior design. Large floor to ceiling windows take up two of the floor walls and provide breathtaking views of the Club's grounds and distant horizons. The Albany Room also has it's own private terrace which can be set up as a cocktail area or even an outdoor bar area. Our executive Chef will prepare superb cuisine to suit your group and event. Attentive staff will ensure service to exceed your expectations.

The Helderberg Room, which is also part of our member dining room, offers the same outstanding a la carte menu as the Capital Grille Room. This is the perfect place for a quiet meal in front of the fireplace, while enjoying the same breathtaking views as the Capital Grille Room. The Helderberg Room can also be booked for larger family style dinners or business meetings.
